Melon sorbet

Today we want to propose a very sweet and suitable recipe for lactose intolerant in which the star ingredient is melon. The ingredients to prepare a refreshing melon sorbet are:

600 grams of melon


1 lemon juice

80 grams of sugar

Ice cubes

Elaboration:

First, we squeeze the lemon.

We remove the skin and the seeds of the melon.

Cut the melon pulp into little pieces.

Beat the melon, sugar and the lemon juice.

Then we add the ice cubes and beat again.

Pour the sorbet into glasses and serve.
