FacebookTwitterGoogle PlusLinkedin
Known mainly for its uses in the kitchen and in the composition of products for oral hygiene, mint is a plant with multiple benefits for our health that we can have at home. You only need daily watering and natural light.
Is notable for its antispasmodic properties, activating the production of bile that acts as a stimulant of the elimination of gases from the digestive tract. Spearmint also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Mint possesses antiseptic and analgesic properties, this is the reason because its external application is highly recommended in cases of presenting wounds, cuts or contusions. It is antidismenorrheic: due to their composition this plant is very useful to treat cases of painful menstruation; and sedative: it has relaxing properties, being highly recommended to calm the nerves.

But in addition to these multiple benefits, his use is increasingly in drinks, detox beverages, as a condiment in macerated meats and as an infusion, the most popular in the Middle East.
