Irish liquor recipe

After a copious meal, nothing better than a good digestive like Irish liquor. We are going to share this interesting recipe with you:
 
Ingredients:
 
- 50 cl of water




- 100 gr of sugar
- 50 cl of coffee
- 3 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 50 cl of schnapps 
- A vanilla bean
 
Elaboration:
 
In a pot we heat the sugar, water and coffee, until it´s completely dissolved while we are stirring it. Next, add condensed milk and vanilla, finally turn off the fire, while we continue stirring.
 
Let cool and add the schnapps; then passed the mixture to a bottle or glass container with a cap. It is advisable to leave the mixture at rest for a few days before tasting.
