Coconut and pear smoothie

Our proposal of coconut and pear shake is a recipe suitable for lactose intolerant, ideal for hot months and very healthy.
Coconut is a moisturizing, antioxidant, diuretic and remineralizing fruit. For its part, the pear is a purifying fruit, promotes digestion, strengthens the immune system, improves our circulation and reduces the risk of a cardiovascular accident.
Ingredients to prepare coconut and pear smoothie:

500 grams of ripe pear
400 ml of coconut milk
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
150 grams of ice
grated coconut (optional)
  1. First, peel the pear, cut it in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Put the coconut milk, pear and cinnamon in the blender. Beat all the ingredients.
  3. We add the ice and grind.
  4. To serve the smoothie, we can sprinkle grated coconut.
