Mint and ginger lemonade

In addition to being a super refreshing drink and fighter of the heat, lemonade is also a very healthy option to replace soft drinks.
 
Lemon is one of the most nutritious fruits that provides antioxidant benefits and stimulates the immune system.
 
Today we leave you this recipe for lemonade, with a special touch of fresh mint and ginger




 
Ingredients:
 
   2 lemons
   1 liter of water
   1 sprig of fresh mint
   Ginger
   Ice
   Sweetener (brown sugar or other natural)
 
Preparation:
 
  1. Squeeze two lemons
  2. Grated some fresh ginger, a little amount because it flavor is strong
  3. Add to the blender the water, the juice of the lemons, the grated ginger, the mint leaves, the ice and any sweetener to taste.
  4. Blend the contents for a few seconds and serve in a long glass
