Originally from China and with some varieties, tangerine has spread rapidly throughout the world. Its multiple benefits and its large-scale harvest makes it a food increasingly incorporated in our cuisine and diet.
 
The mandarin is a characteristic fruit and used in our kitchens, for two reasons: for its peculiar flavor and for its easy handling to peel it.

Improve the skin and hair




They improve cognitive functioning, have folic acid, potassium and several antioxidants and are known for their neurological benefits.
Potassium increases the flow of blood to the brain and improves neuronal activity, concentration and cognitive faculties. Folic acid reduces the risk of cognitive and Alzheimer's deterioration.
