The benefits of Chia for breakfast!

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore finding delicious and satisfying varieties are fundamental in starting the day. Chia is the seed of life, making it a healthy choice for breakfast. We share with you one of the easiest recipes to begin your day with. 

1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons Chia
Honey to taste
Chopped fruit

Place the two tablespoons of chia in a mug or jar.
Add the yogurt and honey and beat for a minute. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Top with your favorite chopped fruit. Bon Appetite!
