This couple and the chef duo worked together for the first time at Gigi and Yardbird Southern Kitchen & Bar, both here in Miami, and then opened their first restaurant together, Root & Bone, in Brooklyn. Both are alumni of The best chef, and McInnis was a finalist for the James Beard Award.
