The chef and restaurant owner Michael Schwartz, winner of the James Beard Award, opened his flagship restaurant, Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in the Design District in Miami, in 2007. Since then, the chef has opened several restaurants successful throughout Miami and the Caribbean.

Andrew Carmellini

Jeff McInnis y Janine Booth
