Properties of mango. A tropical fruit

The mango is very rich in sugar and provides enough energy for the day.


Although it is a fruit native to South Asia, it is now cultivated throughout the world and Brazil is a great producer of it.

In Argentina, it is increasingly incorporated and its properties become more popular; they are excellent in the fight against different types of cancer, such as prostate cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, leukemia and some other diseases; its high content of vitamin A help to improve our vision, potassium helps protect the heart and maintain the arterial pressure.

The mango can be eaten alone or accompanied by other fruits, as in a salad, it can also be included in daily foods in the form of sauces to accompany different dishes and is highly recommended for sweet and sour dishes; its use has increased in the rolls of sushi.
