Recipe for a simple and refreshing starter or dessert for summer: cold melon soup.
- 1 medium melon
- 1 natural yogurt
- 3 mint leaves
If we want to make a dessert, we will add 3 tablespoons of sugar; if it is an entree, salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the melon well and remove all the seeds. We grind it with yogurt, mint and sugar / salt and pepper. We serve it very cold.
In the salty mode, it can be decorated with some cubes of ham.
