Potato salad with apple

Try this cold salad, this is what are you looking for your family breakfasts!


Potatoes 3

Apples 1

Canned corn kernels 130 grams

Natural yogurt 90 grams

Mayonnaise 1 small spoonful

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small squares. Chopped potatoes we cook steamed for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the apple in the same way as the potatoes, in small squares.
  3. In a deep bowl place the potatoes, apple pieces, corn kernels, yogurt and mayonnaise. We mix everything.
  4. Finally season our salad with salt and pepper to taste.
