Ingredients:
Potatoes 3
Apples 1
Canned corn kernels 130 grams
Natural yogurt 90 grams
Mayonnaise 1 small spoonful
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small squares. Chopped potatoes we cook steamed for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the apple in the same way as the potatoes, in small squares.
- In a deep bowl place the potatoes, apple pieces, corn kernels, yogurt and mayonnaise. We mix everything.
- Finally season our salad with salt and pepper to taste.
