The peach comes from China, Iran and Afghanistan, spread by the West in the hands of the Romans. Its season includes the months of May, June, July, August and September.
The peaches are characterized by velvety skin, yellow flesh and sweet taste. It is a food rich in water (86%), fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6 and minerals.
This fruit stands out for its high content in carotenes, becoming a very beneficial food:
