Today we share a delicious recipe for a green smoothie. You can adjust the amount of ingredients to adapt to your taste.
Ingredients:
200 grams of green leafy vegetables (kale, spinach, chard ...)
juice of 1 lemon
1 Peeled ripe banana
1 medium peeled cucumber
1 Clean celery
100 gr of natural pineapple
1 handful of chia seeds
200 ml of almond milk
Crushed ice
Mix all the ingredients in the mixer, and beat until there is a soft cream. Ready to consume.
