Ingredients:
2 lemons
1 liter of water
1 sprig of fresh mint
Ginger
Ice
Sweetener (brown sugar or other natural)
Preparation:
- Squeeze two lemons
- Grated some fresh ginger, a little amount because it flavor is strong
- Add to the blender the water, the juice of the lemons, the grated ginger, the mint leaves, the ice and any sweetener to taste.
- Blend the contents for a few seconds and serve in a long glass
