Caesar sauce recipe

The Caesar salad is one of the best known salads that we can find in practically all international restaurants. It is a dish that combines the lightness of a salad with the delicious touch of chicken and bacon to get a delicious dish.

One of the essential elements is the sauce; that gives it its creamy touch. Today we propose you to make this sauce at home, in order to taste a more homemade Caesar salad and customize it. This amount would be for 2 people.


1 egg

50 ml of sunflower oil

3 salted anchovies.

1 teaspoon of Perrins sauce.

1/4 teaspoon of apple vinegar

1/2 teaspoon of mustard.

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

1/2 clove of garlic

50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese.

Freshly black pepper to taste.


We put all the ingredients in the glass of the mixer then emulsify the sauce as if it were mayonnaise, and wait until it acquire texture.

It is not necessary to add salt because it contains anchovy, but try in case you like it saltier.
