Sweet potato puree

Today we give you an idea as an accompaniment to meat or fish, a puree of sweet potato. With this companion you will give a different touch to your dishes.

Ingredients:


- 1 sweet potato

- 2 carrots

- 2 medium potatoes

- 2 butter spoons

- 50 ml of milk or cream

- black pepper

- Salt

Process:

- Peel and cut into pieces the sweet potato, carrots and potatoes.

- Cook them in plenty of salted water for 20 minutes.

- Strain and go through a blender, add butter and milk / cream. If we want the puree to be more liquid we can add more milk.

- Season to taste.
