Originally from China and with some varieties, tangerine has spread rapidly throughout the world. Its multiple benefits and its large-scale harvest makes it a food increasingly incorporated in our cuisine and diet.
The mandarin is a characteristic fruit and used in our kitchens, for two reasons: for its peculiar flavor and for its easy handling to peel it.
