Snapper, Tilapia and Mojarra are some of the most requested fish by diners due to its exquisite flavor. The most traditional way to eat the infamous snapper is fried, the result is a crispy and golden texture on the outside while buttery on the inside. It is also prepared stuffed with seafood and stewed in coconut milk.
The traditional presentation of the dish is the whole fish accompanied with salad, rice with coconut and patacones (sliced green bananas) crushed and fried where in other countries they are known as tostones.
