Haddock with lemon

Haddock is a marine fish belonging to the cod family. Today we are going to prepare it in a simple and natural way, with our recipe for haddock with lemon.


- A clean haddock, divided into the 2 loins

- Olive oil

- 4 tablespoons of fish broth

- 2 lemons

- 1 medium onion

- salt and pepper

- parsley


Squeeze the 2 lemons, and put the juice in a soup plate. Season the haddock loins and let it rest in the lemon, approximately 20 minutes on each side.

Heat a pan with olive oil, and fry the julienned onion. Once the onion is soft, add the fish broth and wait for it to heat up. Let it reduce for about 5 minutes, and add the fish with the lemon juice and sprinkle a little parsley.

Sauté on each side until it is at the desired point. We can serve with cooked potato.
